Orders: Use the 365-Day Success Guarantee
FluentPet kits are designed to help you and your learner communicate. Things do not always go as planned, so we offer the 365-Day Success Guarantee for 15 USD.
What the guarantee covers
Section titled “What the guarantee covers”With the guarantee, you have a full year from purchase to try your FluentPet kit with your learner. It covers both Speak Up! Button and Connect kits. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can send the kit back for a refund.
Add the guarantee to your order
Section titled “Add the guarantee to your order”Add the guarantee for the kit you want covered when you place your order on fluent.pet. You cannot add it later.
Return a kit under the guarantee
Section titled “Return a kit under the guarantee”- Contact FluentPet support to start the return.
- Send the kit back to the US warehouse. You pay the shipping cost for the return.
- Allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed after tracking shows your return as received.
Conditions
Section titled “Conditions”- The guarantee is for orders from the US warehouse only.
- One guarantee covers one kit.
- If you order a Custom Kit, only the items included in your kit are covered.
- Extra items in your order are not covered. Do not include them in your return.
- The guarantee is non-refundable.
