What is the difference between Speak Up! Buttons and Connect?
Section titled “What is the difference between Speak Up! Buttons and Connect?”Speak Up! Buttons record and play a word on the button itself. Connect Buttons link wirelessly to a Connect Base, which plays the word and sends each press to the FluentPet app. To compare the two and choose a kit, see Kits: Choose your first FluentPet kit.
Can I use the app with Speak Up! Buttons?
Section titled “Can I use the app with Speak Up! Buttons?”Yes, but not automatically. Speak Up! Buttons have no wireless connection, so their presses are not logged by themselves. You can log their presses by hand: in the Activity feed, tap + at the top right, then Log event. See App: Use the Activity feed. For the differences between Speak Up!
