Orders: Return an order for a refund
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, less shipping costs. Returns are handled by email or chat: to start a return, contact FluentPet support.
Orders from the US warehouse
Section titled “Orders from the US warehouse”Return from a US address
Section titled “Return from a US address”For orders from the US warehouse that you return from a US address, we provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label is deducted from your refund. To speed things up, include your order number and the address you return the package from.
Return from outside the US
Section titled “Return from outside the US”For orders from the US warehouse that you return from an address outside the US, we cannot provide a return shipping label. Arrange the return shipping yourself, with duties and taxes paid, and send us the tracking number so our warehouse can identify the package. The original shipping fees are not refunded.
Orders from the warehouse in Germany
Section titled “Orders from the warehouse in Germany”For orders from our shipping partner’s warehouse in Germany, we can sometimes provide a return shipping label. If we cannot, arrange the return shipping yourself, with duties and taxes paid, and send us the tracking number so our warehouse can identify the package.
How long a refund takes
Section titled “How long a refund takes”Allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed after tracking shows your return as received.
Items that cannot be returned
Section titled “Items that cannot be returned”FluentPet eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Need more time to try a kit?
Section titled “Need more time to try a kit?”For orders from the US warehouse, the 365-Day Success Guarantee gives you a full year to try a FluentPet kit with your learner, if you added it when you placed your order.
