Orders: Get a price adjustment or use a discount code

Price adjustments

If a product’s price is reduced, we honor the reduced price for orders placed in the 72 hours before the price reduction. This does not include discount codes, coupons or promotions, with or without an expiry date. See Promotional and discount codes.

• A price adjustment is applied only once per item. If the price of the same item drops again, it cannot be applied to the same purchase.
• If you need a refund for the order, the refund is for the reduced price, not the original price.

Promotional and discount codes

FluentPet occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers and Guides, and discount codes under special circumstances. These conditions apply:

• Codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into currency.
• Codes apply at the time of purchase only and cannot be applied to past orders.
• Expired codes are not replaced.
• Price adjustments or refunds are not issued for missed codes.
• Only one code can be used per order.
• Codes apply to the cost of the product only, not to shipping fees, customs, duties or taxes.
• If you need a refund for the order, the refund is for the reduced price, not the original price.

Other conditions

• FluentPet may end or change its promotional codes, discount codes and price adjustments, or their conditions, at its discretion and without notice.
• FluentPet may refuse or cancel any order related to fraud or abuse, or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.
