Connect: Troubleshooting

This section helps you fix common problems with your Connect Base, your Connect Buttons and press notifications.

• Connect Base: Fix problems during Base setup
• Connect Buttons: Fix a Button the app does not find during setup

If your Wi-Fi network has internet access and the app still shows your Base as offline, or presses still do not appear in the app, check status.fluent.pet for a service outage.
