For orders being shipped out of our California warehouse, we can help you change your address up until the shipping label has been created for your package, and as long as the new shipping address is in the same state/country.

If you are in the EU, we use a shipping partner's warehouse in Germany that also provides services for other businesses as well as FluentPet. If your order has started to be processed by them, we are unable to make changes.
