Order fulfillment can take up to 2 business days out of our US warehouse. How quickly your order gets delivered to you after it has left our warehouse will depend on the shipping option chosen and if there are delays due to holidays, weather, high volumes, etc. at any of the facilities your package has to travel through. Delivery days are estimates only and not a guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE:

Currently, shipping addresses can only be in English and please use your first and last name in your order. Other languages with special characters and failure to use your legal name can result in delays for we will have to reach out to you and wait for your reply before we can ship your order.

A valid customer phone number is now required for parcels to clear customs. To avoid delays, please ensure your order contains a valid phone number.
