When will I get my order?

Shipping

Updated over a week ago

Order fulfillment can take up to 2 business days out of our US warehouse. How quickly your order gets delivered to you after it has left our warehouse will depend on the shipping option chosen (please see below) and if there are delays due to holidays, weather, high volumes, etc. at any of the facilities your package has to travel through. Delivery days are estimates only and not a guarantee. We are sorry, but refunds will not be provided for late arrivals.

For orders out of our US warehouse:

Express - 2 business days if ordered by 12:00PM PT

Standard - 2-4 business days if ordered by 12:00PM PT

Economy (free) - 3-7 business days if ordered by 12:00PM PT

PLEASE NOTE:

Currently, shipping addresses can only be in English and please use your first and last name in your order. Other languages with special characters and failure to use your legal name can result in delays for we will have to reach out to you and wait for your reply before we can ship your order.

Mexico

Mexico passed a new law that went into effect January 1, 2025, that requires all imported items to include identifying government-issued numbers *for the recipient*.

Without an official identification number for the recipient, a package will not be cleared through customs.

Japan and South Korea

A valid customer phone number is now required for parcels to clear customs. To avoid delays, please ensure your order contains a valid phone number.

EU Customers

Please be aware that if items in your cart are shipping from our US warehouse, you will be charged customs fees on top of the shipping charges. Please note: While you are used to seeing the taxes included in the cost of the product, in the United States we add it later.

Products shipping out of our shipping partner's warehouse in Germany will have a period (.) at the end of their name. If you get to the checkout and see that the shipping option is Worldwide Economy DDP then an item in your cart is shipping from the US warehouse.
