As of June 21, 2024, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund less shipping costs.

Please reach out to Customer Support by emailing info@fluent.pet or using chat. We'll be happy to provide you with a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund). To expedite the process, please provide your order number and the address you will be returning the package from πŸ™‚.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time tracking shows your package as received.

What if I need more time to see if a Button kit will work for my pet?
