For orders shipped out of our US warehouse, returning from a US shipping address:

We'll be happy to provide you with a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund). To expedite the process, please provide your order number and the address you will be returning the package from 🙂.
For orders shipped out of our US warehouse, returning from a shipping address outside of the US:

We'll not be able to provide a return shipping label. Please arrange for the return shipping (duties and taxes paid) and provide us with the tracking number so our warehouse can identify the package.
For orders shipped out of our shipping partner's warehouse in Germany:

In some cases, we can provide a return shipping label, but not always. If we can't, we will ask you to arrange for the return shipping (duties and taxes paid) yourselves and provide us with the tracking number so our warehouse can identify the package.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time tracking shows your package as received.

For a small fee, you will have a full year to try out our FluentPet Button Kits with your beloved dogs or cats (or other Learners). We want you and your furry friends to have the best experience possible, and if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, no worries! You can send it back.
