As of June 21, 2024, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund less shipping costs.

Please reach out to Customer Support by emailing info@fluent.pet or using chat. We'll be happy to provide you with a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund). To expedite the process, please provide your order number and the address you will be returning the package from 🙂.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time tracking shows your package as received.

For a small fee, you will have a full year to try out our FluentPet Button Kits with your beloved dogs or cats (or other Learners). We want you and your furry friends to have the best experience possible, and if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, no worries! You can send it back.
