At FluentPet, we're proud to offer our customers peace of mind with a two-year warranty on all FluentPet branded products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects from the date of your purchase.

OUR WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE

We understand that products sometimes change hands, so our warranty is transferable. If you need to make a claim, simply provide the original purchaser's name, order number, email address, or shipping address. To ensure the security and accuracy of the process, we do require two forms of identification to confirm their FluentPet order.

If not purchased from Fluent.pet

If your purchase is from one of our authorized resellers, please attach a copy of your receipt when you email or chat with us. Amazon orders: please provide the order number and name on the order.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  • We are sorry but purchases from non-authorized resellers, are not covered under warranty.

  • Our warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, nor to damage resulting from biting, scratching, liquid exposure, or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Warranty replacements are not covered under the 2-year warranty.

  • Frequently replacing the sound buttons in the HexTiles can reduce their grip, and we regret that we can't cover issues stemming from this.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Should you need to make a warranty claim, don't hesitate to email info@fluent.pet. For issues with buttons, the first step of the warranty process is to submit a video showing how the buttons behave when they are recorded or pressed. This is quicker than asking for the buttons back so we can confirm the problem.

When submitting a video for a warranty claim on button issues, please consider:

  • Video File Size: If your video is larger than 40MB, upload it to Google Drive or your social media account and share the link with us.

  • Social Media Submissions: If you choose to share your video via messaging on our social media platforms, please also email us at info@fluent.pet so we can notify our social media team to watch for your message.

  • HexTile Claims: For claims involving HexTiles, include both the front and back of the HexTile

As well as your order number and email address used to place your order, please also provide your current shipping address, so we know where to send your replacements to expedite the warranty process.
