Once a shipping label has been created (can take up to 2 business days) you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Nearly all orders/packages arrive by or before the estimated delivery date, although some are delivered after. If your order has not arrived on the estimated date, we ask that you hold on for an additional 14 days before contacting our Customer Support Team.

Once this time has elapsed, please email info@fluent.pet, use our chat feature, or call 1-888-364-9613 and we will initiate an investigation into your order’s progress and whereabouts.

Once a package is with the carrier any delays are out of our control. Shipping refunds will not be provided for any packages that have been delivered.
