Once your shipping label has been created (this may take up to 2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure you can receive your package when it arrives. Please note that shipping carriers are not liable for packages that are marked as delivered but later reported as stolen, and such incidents are not covered by shipping insurance. While we understand how frustrating this situation can be, FluentPet cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
Nearly all orders/packages arrive by or before the estimated delivery date, although some are delivered after. If your order has not arrived on the estimated date, we ask that you hold on for an additional 14 days before contacting our Customer Support Team.
Once this time has elapsed, please email info@fluent.pet, use our chat feature, or call 1-888-364-9613 and we will initiate an investigation into your order’s progress and whereabouts.
Once a package is with the carrier, any delays are out of our control. Shipping refunds will not be provided for any packages that have been delivered.
