We’re sorry to hear that your package is showing as delivered but you can't find it.
The good news is many packages are found within a week from when the tracking says it has been delivered.
Also, please be sure to:
Verify that the shipping address used by the carrier is correct
Look around the delivery area like back doors, behind bushes, etc.
Check with neighbors and household members
Check for a notice of attempted delivery
