Connect Base: Update your Wifi Network πŸ›œ

After you've setup and have been using your Base, how do you connect it to a different Wifi network?

  1. On the FluentPet app, make sure you are logged in to your account.

  2. Tap the "Hardware" tab - you should see your Base listed, don't tap on your Base.

  3. Tap "Connect a Base", and follow the steps for onboarding your Base (again).

  4. During the Wifi selection step in the onboarding process, select your new Wifi network.

  5. Once your Base is connected to the new WiFi network, you can exit the onboarding process, no need to re-link your existing Buttons.

  6. Your Base is now connected to your new WiFi network

Note: All your press history and Button data is preserved, re-onboarding your Base just re-connects it to the internet and does not reset any other data or settings

Second Note: if you received a Base that switched owners, or that was previously registered under a different household than your own, make sure you Factory reset your Base, to unlink all Buttons and then follow the steps for onboarding your Base.
