What if I want to cancel/edit my order?

You need to cancel or edit your order. Here's how.

Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, we are not able to cancel or edit your order. Please check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails land there.

Our warehouse is very efficient - everyone loves to have their orders shipped out quickly - which means sometimes customer support doesn't get to your cancel/edit request before your order has shipped. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, Customer Support will work with you to find a solution that works for you.

To cancel/edit your order, please contact Customer Support by emailing info@fluent.pet, using the chat, or calling 1-888-364-9613 during office hours.
