Can I manually advance my dog's challenge?
Advancement is automatic, based on your dog’s progress. We don't currently offer the option to skip ahead, as each challenge builds on the skills learned in the previous one. Learn more about progressing through the challenges here.
We do offer the option to go back to challenges your dog has already mastered. Learn more about why revisiting previous challenges may be helpful here.
How do I go back one challenge?
Restarting challenges can be done with a simple click in your mobile app. If you scroll through the tiles in the challenge tab of your app, you will see one that says, “Current challenge too tricky?” Clicking this tile allows your pup to replay the previous challenge. Once you click, another tile will appear that asks you to confirm your request.
How do I restart all challenges?
If you want to restart the challenges from the very beginning, head to the challenges tab in your app and scroll down to the “Restart Request” tile. If your pup has been playing for a while, you might have to scroll down a ways to get to this tile. Once you click, another tile will appear that asks you to confirm your request. Once you confirm, the Hub will return to the initial challenge after the end of the next play!
