For orders being shipped out of our California warehouse, we can help you cancel your order up until the shipping label has been created for your package.

If you are in the EU, we use a shipping partner's warehouse in Germany that also provides services for other businesses as well as FluentPet. If your order has started to be processed by them, we are unable to cancel it.

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Support by emailing info@fluent.pet, using the chat, or calling 1-888-364-9613.

Please note: We currently do not have 24/7 coverage. Please choose only one method in which to contact us. Multiple tickets for the same issue can cause delays.
