While you cannot have multiple emails associated with the same Hub, if two people want to access and monitor the same Hub from their own separate devices, here's what you can do:

  1. Person A downloads the CleverPet app on their device, creating an account with a username and password that can be shared with Person B

  2. Person A uses their device to complete WiFi setup.

  3. Once setup is complete, Person B downloads the CleverPet app and logs into the same account that Person A created.

If either user encounters a message stating that the device has been setup before, and asks if user wants to override ownership, select “no,” and log in using the credentials of the shared account.

Note: Using this setup, only one user will be able to use the Scheduler function successfully.
