We want you and your furry friends to have the best experience possible, and if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, no worries! You can send the kit back. Just add the guarantee for the kit you want covered at time of purchase.

Please Note: You'll cover the shipping cost for the return. Once your returned kit has been received and processed (this can take a few weeks), we'll promptly issue your refund. Please also be sure to include one Guarantee per kit purchased. Non-kit items in your order will not be covered by the guarantee. Please don't include them in your return.
